Making Summer Memories

Saturday, 15 June 2019

As Summer slowly approaches (because it's sill raining most days over here in the UK, isn't British weather just great), so does one of the best season for making memories. The weather's great, the BBQ's are out, and so is the chance to do and visit some really cool places. I don't know about you but I'm one of those people who love filming everything and taking pictures of everything, I'm all about capturing memories to look at in a few years time and reminisce about things I've done or where I've been in the past. It's always nice to look back and see what you've done. I know a lot of people don't understand why I do it and think it's taking away from reality but it's really not, it's just allowing me to save moments for the future and I think doing that is so important.

One of my favourite ways to capture memories in the Summertime is to get real creative with the way I do it. Whether I'm actually going on a nice holiday abroad, a little trip to a different part of the UK or just somewhere local it's always fun to get your creative juices flowing. Next month I'm going to Weymouth with my family and my boyfriend and I'm already planning on what kind of cool places I can go and what kind of cool content I could shoot there. One of the best ways I find shooting things when I'm travelling about to make memories is with a GoPro.

Latest Deals have a ton of good GoPro and GoPro accessory deals because who doesn't love a good deal. I sure know I'm a major sucker for them. (Aldi and their deals make me buy way too much stuff I don't actually need haha). But anyway, they're such an easier way to capture what you're doing, so many travel vloggers I watch film this way and I have no clue why it took me so long to try one. Also can we just take a minute to appreciate how cool underwater shots look though, definitely some of my favourites. Something I really need to try soon!

Are you a fan of filming your memories to look back on or do you prefer living in the moment? I think a good balance between the two is so important, I'd go insane without having happy things to look back on (also a lot less blog content lol) so I'm definitely going to be filming and photographing a lot this summer.
